We work very hard at being interesting
anachronisms, both in our work and
in our lives.
Our studio is a mile and a quarter back in the beautiful
wooded hills of Southeastern Ohio.
Both of us are urban refugees seeking a simpler (HA!) life in the forest
primeval
and escape from the crowding and ugliness of the city.(At least that
part worked...)
For over thirty-five years we have been building
our house and studio as well as
our skills in metal work and mixed media. Roberta's specialty is acid
etching, and she has developed a technique which makes her work look as
if
it were cast.
David's work is now primarily enameling.
Our work draws from the traditional Japanese and
Art Nouveau, and the
environment in which we live.

Dave's Scooter Trip
Our taste in recreation tends to be interesting at times.
Dave bought a Vespa scooter and decided to break it in by
taking a 4200 Mi. jaunt around the Rocky Mountains.
